Rakuten, Vodafone invest in satellite communication startup to offer 4G services globally

Rakuten and Vodafone on Tuesday became lead investors in AST & Science that uses the first mobile broadband network to broadcast from space and aims to extend mobile coverage to more people and devices across the planet.
