Airtel refarms 3G spectrum for 4G in 9 circles; working with content players to improve streaming

Bharti Airtel, India's second largest telco has started refarming liberalised spectrum in 2100 Mhz band in 9 circles to use it for 4G services as it plans to gradually shift from 3G services in India.
